Weight and cost of Parcel Delivery
The weight and delivery cost of the goods will be calculated automatically through us after purchase has been made. We will inform you of these costs via phone or email. It is difficult for the system to automatically work out the freight cost accurately, especially for orders consisting of more than one parcel. Our aim is to work out the best freight cost for you .

Delivery Information
To ensure that the goods are delivered to the right recipient, all deliveries are sent with registered couriers who must obtain a signature at time of delivery. If there is an event when no one can sign for the goods it will be sent back to our warehouse. Deliveries can take anyplace between 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays, depending on the location of the delivery.
